1. What first attracted you to software testing?

QUALITY. Everyone looks for the best quality of  product. Testing makes sure that we are making the best quality product and in the real world, it makes a big difference and leaves a good impression.

2. What does your current working day look like?

I start my day with a cup of tea and start work at 8am. As I work in an agile environment, I attend a couple of scrum meetings almost every day and then work towards my goal. I always try to dig more into the new technologies coming up in the market and get familiar with them.

3. What advice would you give to someone considering a career in Software Testing?

To start a career in Software Testing could be really beneficial for someone who is curious and interested in experimenting with things. Also, people need a lot of patience, calmness and desire to create the best quality product. Moreover, I believe Software testing helps us in our personal life as well, as it makes us always look for something better. So, just go for it if you really want to make an impact.

4. Why is testing so crucial in business today?

Testing plays a very important role in the software development lifecycle. Testing software helps us find issues as well as check the software quality so that the right and the best quality of product is delivered to the customers. It helps to reduce the known as well as the unknown bugs residing in the code and also, check if the code written by the developer does what it is supposed to do. Having said that, Testing helps to make sure the software is bug free and the end users do not face any issues while using the software.
